Peanut Butter Lover’s Top 5 Recipes

To say our house is obsessed with peanut butter is an understatement. Opening our pantry we currently have three different versions and another in the fridge. I actually plan at least one snack or meal a day to include peanut butter or my day isn’t complete.

With all this peanut butter around it, of course, finds its way into recipes on a regular basis. A revamped version of grandma’s banana bread, cookies, sauces, and more. Here are just a few of our favorites:

Peanut Butter S'mores Bars

Peanut Butter S’mores Bars by The Food Charlatan are a delicious gooey special treat. They were perfect for my hubby’s birthday this year.

peanut butter pie

Frozen Peanut Butter Cup Pie by Half Baked Harvest is an amazing treat full of healthy ingredients. The family had no idea! The only reason it isn’t in our house every week is because it does take a bit of time to make.

Chickpea cookie bites

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites by Texanerin sound like a decadent treat, but these are our go-to when we want something healthy to fulfill those sweet tooth cravings. The kids devour these and don’t even know they are full of chickpeas and natural peanut butter.

peanut butter chickpea blondies

Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies with Sea Salt by Ambitious Kitchen are another way to sneak in some healthy sweets. I love blondies and while these aren’t as cakey as the original, they hit the spot when a craving attacks.

thai peanut sauce

Healthy Thai Peanut Dressing by Ambitious Kitchen is our go-to peanut sauce. We use this on stir-fry, Thai cole slaw, chicken salad wraps, and so much more.

Did you know March is National Peanut Month? It already kicked off with National Peanut Butter Lovers Day on the first and we plan on enjoying all of these recipes and dozens more this this month. Ok, really that isn’t a change from any other month for us, but hopefully this gives you an idea of some new ways to express your peanut butter love.
